Online applications are invited from intending eligible female candidates for filling up 74 Supervisor vacancies as indicated below of subordinate offices under the Directorate of Social Welfare, Assam, Uzanbazar, Guwahati-1 in the following scale of  Pay plus other allowances under Rules :

NB:

(i) The number of posts may likely increase or decrease subject to the number of vacancies.

(ii) Where there is no past reserved for any category the candidates may apply and will be considered for the unreserved category of post.

Nationality:

(i) Candidates must be Indian Citizen, ordinarily resident of Assam.

(ii) She must have registered her name in any Employment Exchange of Assam.

Educational Qualification:

(i) Graduate in any discipline from any recognized University. Preference will be given to graduate in Social welfare or home Science and related fields like Nutrition/ Anthropology/Sociology/Education/Psychology etc. or

(ii) Instructors and Principals (Female) of Training Centres for Middle Level ICDS functionaries having Graduation in any discipline.

Age: A candidate must not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40 years & remaining age relaxation as per govt. norms.

Essential Documents:

• Admit Card of HSLC or equivalent examination for proof of age.
• Certificate, Mark-sheet of Minimum Educational Qualification for the Post concerned.
• Certificate of caste from the competent authority in respect of the candidates belonging to OBC/OMBC, SC, ST( P), ST(H).
• Disability Certificate issued by the competent authority in respect of the candidates belonging to the PwD category.
• Employment Exchange Registration Certificate, Registered in any rent Exchange of Assam
• EWS certificate from Competent Authority.

a) The candidates whose application are accepted will be required to appear in an OMR based objective type written test will be held at a venue
and date to be notified later.
